Elliot Page leads this drama as Sam, who has the chance to encounter with an old friend on his way back home to a dreaded family reunion that forces him to confront long-buried memories. Page co-wrote the story with the film's BAFTA-winning director Dominic Savage (I Am...).

Spy thriller sees Sarah (Brit Marling), an elite private intelligence operative, juggling shifting priorities when she infiltrates an eco-terrorist group who are targeting major corporations. Co-stars Alexander Skarsgård, Elliot Page and Patricia Clarkson. The East is the second flirtation between Marling (also co-writer) and director Zal Batmanglij, following 2012’s similarly infiltration-themed Sound of My Voice.
