Steve James returns to the action series as Curtis Jackson, starring alongside David Bradley as bona fide American (and certified ninja) Sean Davidson who's been infected with a virus and has only a limited amount of time to seek revenge against the terrorist responsible.

As well as being certified ninjas, bona fide Americans Joe Armstrong (Michael Dudikoff) and Sean Davidson (David Bradley) team up in the fourth entry in the action franchise.
