How to watch Manifest season 2 in the UK
If you’ve enjoyed the first season of airplane-centric supernatural mystery Manifest on Netflix, but want to know what happens next, we’ve got you covered, fam. Manifest season 2 is streaming on Now, Sky Go, and Apple TV+, and available to rent or buy at Amazon, Google Play, and the Microsoft Store.
Manifest is kind of a mirror image of Stephen King’s little-loved novella, The Langoliers (eh, it has its moments, I guess) with a dash of the MCU’s Blip/Snap/whatever you want to call it. Back in 2013, a passenger plane en route from Jamaica to the US experiences a touch of turbulence. When they land, it’s suddenly 2019. All the passengers are the same age, but everyone they know back in the real world is older and have moved on with their lives.
What’s more, the passengers of Flight 828 begin to experience Callings–weird psychic premonitions of the future. And so, like Lost, we and they must unravel exactly what happened.
Melissa Roxburgh stars as NYPD detective Michaela “Mick” Stone and Josh Dallas is her brother, college professor Ben, both passengers on the cursed flight who must delve into the weirdness that has engulfed them. The supporting cast includes Athena Karkanis, J. R. Ramirez, Luna Blaise, Jack Messina, Parveen Kaur, Matt Long, Holly Taylor, Daryl Edwards, and Ty Doran.
Season two picks up the narrative thread with the passengers now having to contend with a mysterious cult called the X-ers, who seem to have some insight into what lies at the heart of the show’s central mystery. Also, Mick has been shot! No spoilers here, it happened last season—but the identity of the would-be murderer is obviously a matter of no small concern, and the implications promise to burden our baffled former tourists with even more drama to deal with.
And if you’re keen to marathon the entire four seasons, never fret—all part of the service. Details on season 3 can be found here, and season 4 here. Happy hunting!
