Devastated by the brutal injustice perpetrated by the authorities coupled with the deteriorating law and order situation, Toofan Singh is forced to fight against corruption, crime and brutality in order to protect society and earn the respect of his community. The film explores his true character, honour and valour, all of which culminated in the legacy of Toofan Singh in Punjabi folklore.
