In the belated second instalment in The Santa Clause trilogy, Tim Allen reprises his role as Scott Calvin, a 46-year-old divorced father who has inadvertently become the new Santa Claus.
Scott Calvin has been in the role of Santa for the past eight years, and his loyal elves consider him the best one ever. But Scott's world turns upside down when he's dealt a double whammy: not only has his son, Charlie (Eric Lloyd), landed on this year's naughty list, but Scott discovers that he must marry by Christmas Eve (pursuant to the "Mrs. Clause") or he will lose his position as Santa forever.
