Chronicling the early history of in Kedah (a Malaysian state), this follows legendary warrior Merong Mahawangsa (Stephen Rahman Hughes) as he escorts Marcus Caprenius (Gavin Stenhouse) of the Roman Empire to marry Princess Meng Li Hua of China (Jing Lusi), thus uniting the two powers of the east and west.
