Pirate for the Sea

A documentary biopic on environmental activist Paul Watson, the youngest founding member of Greenpeace Canada and later whale protection group Sea Shepherd.

Greenpeace ejected him from the organisation - considering his protests against the killing of marine life to extreme - and so he started his own conservation society - Sea Shepherd. Under this name, Watson went on to sink whaling ships, ceased Canadian seal hunters (for ten years), permanently halted sealing in the British Isles and the killing of dolphins on Iki Island, Japan.

Less
