Here Comes the Boom

Kevin James (The Zookeeper) stars in this comedy-drama about a highschool teacher who moonlights as a mixed martial arts fighter to raise funds for his students. Co-stars Salma Hayek and the great Henry Winkler. From the director of The Wedding Singer.

Former collegiate wrestler Scott (James) is now a 42-year-old apathetic biology teacher in a failing school. When cutbacks threaten to cancel the music program and lay off its teacher (Winkler), Scott's big ol' heart spurs him into action. As he trains and takes some serious beatings on his way to a big pay day, he gets support from the school nurse (Hayek) and his students who rally behind him.
