Francine

Oscar-winner Melissa Leo (The Fighter) is Francine, a near-silent woman struggling to find her place in a downtrodden lakeside town after leaving behind a life in prison. As she takes her first fragile steps into this unfamiliar world, she turns away those who take an interest in her and instead seeks intimacy in the most unlikely of places - working with animals.
