With a team who wear uniforms to match the 1930s vibe and are committed to preserving the history of the Plaza, this historic venue hosts film screenings, theatre, comedy and music events. The single-screen cinema is a fine example of art-deco architecture. It first opened in 1932 and has since been restored to its previous, glamourous glory. Instantly recognisable from the outside for its grand neon sign, the Plaza has a massive screen and regularly hosts interactive events as well as showings of classic films and new releases.
