About Curzon Cinema Richmond
Contact & About
One of the smaller jewels in the Curzon crown, this single-screen cinema is a lovely local venue. Opened in 1990, it’s located in the leafy London suburb of Richmond, and though it doesn’t look much from the outside, its pillared and draped auditorium has a relaxed, old-school charm – although the digital projection adds a modern touch. The film programme is mainly rooted in the arthouse, with regular opera and theatre screenings thrown in for good measure. There’s even a (very) compact bar, allowing audiences to enjoy the movie with a tipple.
