About Curzon Cinema Colchester
Contact & About
Located in a building that references Colchester’s rich history, the Curzon in Roman House has breathed new life into the city centre since opening in 2018. Along with the nearby Firstsite arts venue and Minories gallery, the cinema is part of a trio of cultural hotspots in St Botolph’s Quarter that draw hundreds of thousands of people every year. Spread over two floors, the Curzon has three screens with capacities ranging from 56 to 139. About as close as you can get to watching movies at home, seats are wide, comfy and recline. Two café/bars provide all the cocktails and snacks you could need while a roof terrace is the ideal spot for a pre-screening pizza and wine.
