About Curzon Cinema Bloomsbury
Contact & About
In Bloomsbury’s grade-II listed Brunswick Centre, a small, glass-walled box with a cafe-bar inside hides what lies beneath: a six-screen underground cinema. The Brutalist design scheme – think exposed concrete walls running throughout – is just one of the draws. Main auditorium the Renoir has 148 seats, AND there are also five smaller screening rooms, including the 55-seat Bertha Deckhouse, which is dedicated solely to documentaries, hosting premieres, seasons and filmmaker Q&As. Each of the three floors has its own bar, serving coffees, booze and snacks.
