About Cromarty Cinema

In 2004 a group of film enthusiasts banded together to form the Cromarty and Resolis Film Society and offer monthly screenings in venues around the town. From this original idea we have grown into a registered Charity with a permanent home in the purpose-built Cromarty Cinema. The Cinema is volunteer-run and programmes a wide range of films through its screening partnership with Eden Court. The cinema is built around the idea that film was meant to be enjoyed communally, and that the joy of watching film is enhanced when you share the experience.
